Abstract This study deals with the issue of religious support for the sick, and spiritual guidance. This can be defined as: providing help, care and service to the sick. It is a essential part of Religion, and contributes to the process of treatment and the relief of pain. The study is also an observation of the Sunnah of the Prophet, through an analysis of “The Book of Patients”, part of the Sahih Al Buhkari Hadith series. Between the existing foundations of faith in Allah the Almighty, and patience in the struggle to seek the reward of Allah. This includes the anticipation to cleanse the sins of disease, the acceptance of the decree of Allah, and reward given by Allah. Religious support means to take time with the patient and observation in clinics, to pray for him and provide support. Furthermore, providing Fatwa for the patient, and encouragement to follow the example of the Prophet’s own patience. This study tackles the communication skills that need to be spiritual guidance practice during treatment of the patient and shows the most important qualities of spiritual guidance, such as knowledge, patience, compassion and non-discrimination. The researcher recommend the expansion of the study of Prophetic applications in the field of religious support for patients. Abstract The study aimed at clarifying the requirements for improving the independence of Shari'a supervision over Islamic banks in Jordan, studying the reality of the independence of Shari'a supervision over Islamic banks in Jordan, and suggesting means that contribute to raising the level of independence in this country. The study found that there are requirements for the independence of the Shari'a supervision relating to legislation, administrative, financial and intellectual independence, and that these requirements lack much in the case of Jordan, Therefore, the research proposed to establish a central Shari'a Supervisory Board with financial and administrative autonomy that would legally supervise the work of Islamic banks in Jordan, which would lead to the improvement of the level of independence of Shari'a supervision and overcome all criticisms of its independence. The study recommended that this proposal be taken into account, and studies should be conducted to examine the possibility of improvement and application. Abstract Seeking livelihood is a necessity in Islam, as it is a main factor to develop the world by working and earning a living depending on Allah and asking for assistance. Unethicality may often appear when seeking livelihood such as stinginess, greediness and envy. To avoid such ethics, Islam encourages Muslims to be committed to essential ethical principles, specifically those that affect Muslims’ behavior. Chastity is a main principle that should be committed to in seeking livelihood in order to control Muslims’ behavior and keep to good ethics, such as contentment, satisfaction and thankfulness. As a result, the Muslim Community gain blessing in livelihood in addition to enjoying security and safety while fighting social problems such as begging and seeking ill-gained money. Abstract This research, which consists of four demands, deals with the issue of the influence of Islam on the German monk, Martin Luther, and the issue of Martin Luther hatred of Islam. The research discusses these two issues in accordance with two groups of scholars. The first group believes that Luthers position of Islam was negative and hostile. While the second group believes that Luther was influenced by Islam, and that this influence was a direct cause of Luther's declaration of the religious reform movement in Europe.
