Abstract This study aims to state the economic aspects of the phenomenon of terrorism, through studying the relationship of terrorism related to the economy, defining of the economic reasons leading to it, clarifying the economic implications, and stating the mechanisms of solutions from Islamic economics perspective. It was found that the release of this perverse trend had his causes and justifications from the economic point of view, and leads to serious negative impacts on a variety of economic variables, which requires us to hasten in the treatment of this phenomenon The Islamic economic doctrine set forth holistic treatment of this phenomenon in such a way that contributes to the prevention of terrorist behavior, and to mitigate the economic damages. Finally the study recommended the need to establish economic projects for the elimination of the most important causes of terrorism, which are: unemployment and youth spare times. Abstract The current research aimed at revealing the most important university professor qualifications and the required suggestions to develop them, from Islamic perspective. In order to achieve this purpose, the researchers followed the Analysis descriptive methodology; the research was divided into two courses, which are: the university professor qualifications, and the ways of developing them. A set of conclusions were reached into, such as: one of the way of developing university professor qualifications, from Islamic perspective is : saving the selective environment in the work, that included the immaterial estimating for the university professor and rising his immaterial position within the students in the organization where he works, and activating the justice values, and the values of consulting and choosing the suitable person. In light of the findings, the researchers recommend the high education institutions with more support for the university professor to achieve the purposes and message of education. Sun, 02 Jul 2017 00:00:00 GMT http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/1359 2017-07-02T00:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/1358 Title: دور السياسة الشرعية في الحد من الطلاق المختلف فيه Authors: زينب زكريا علي معابدة Abstract: ملخص يتناول هذا البحث (دور السياسة الشرعية في الحد من الطلاق المختلف فيه)، ويكشف عن أهمية إيقاع الطلاق على صفته الشرعية المتعبد بها، والتي يتم التأكد من خلالها إلى الحاجة الحقيقية للطلاق، وإنه قد اتخذ بعد ترو ودراسة، كما يبين أن العمل بالقول الفقهي المتضمن إيقاع الطلاق على غير صفته الشرعية في الواقع التطبيقي قد أتى بنتائج عكسية، جعلت الميثاق الغليظ مرده إلى غضب سريع، ونزوة طارئة، وقرار متعجل، وصارت هذه المسائل الكثيرة هي الأساس، وغاب الكلام في أوساطها عن الطلاق المشروع. ومما تقرر في النتائج أنه لا بد لولي الأمر من التدخل لإيقاف المفاسد الناتجة عن هذه الفتاوى، حيث أصبحت تلقي بظلالها على الاستقرار الأسري وما ينتج عنه من تقطيع لأواصر المجتمع، وتشريد للأبناء، وفساد أخلاقي، في زمن ضعف فيه الوازع الديني وانتشرت فيه الجريمة. ومن التوصيات التي يجدر الانتباه إليها في هذا البحث: إنه لا بد من تقنين مسائل الطلاق في قوانين الأحوال الشخصية وإثبات الطلاق الموافق للوصف الشرعي، وإلغاء كافة مسائل الطلاق المخالفة له، نحو: طلاق الغضبان، والطلاق المعلق على شرط، والطلاق المضاف إلى المستقبل، والطلاق غير الثابث بالشهادة، فلا يقع إلا الطلاق الموثق.
