Pharaoh the civilization. 2009-01-11T00:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/2452 Title: أحكام استعمال لفظ الجلالة (الله) في الصرف والنحو Authors: الملخ, حسن خميس Abstract: ملخص اختَصَّ البحث بتَجلية أحكام استعمال لفظ الجلالة (الله) في الصرف والإعراب والنحو ، بسبب الخصوصية الدينية للفظ الجلالة؛ ذلك أنَّ بعض المواضع الصرفية والنحوية لا يجوز استعمال لفظ الجلالة فيها؛ إذ تبيَّنَ البحثُ ضرورة التقيُّد بتحقيق المناسبتين: الشرعيّة الإسلامية واللغوية العربيّة في استعمال لفظ الجلالة حتى يُعد الاستعمال مقبولاً شرعاً ولغةً، وإذا تعارضتا، فأحكام الشرع الإسلامي مقدَّمة على أحكام اللغة في الصرف والنحو. وقد اتخذ البحث من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي أداةً في العرض والتحليل والمناقشة والترجيح عند الخلاف؛ فتوصل إلى أنَّ عنصر المعنى في الصرف والنحو هو المحدّدُ للحكم على الكلمة أو الجملة بالصحة أو الخطأ من الناحية الشرعية قبل اللغوية، وهذا العنصر يكونُ في المعنى التصريفي في الصرف، وفي المسندِ والنواسخ ومواقع المعاني في النحو العربي. Abstract This paper depends on descriptive and analytic method to investigate the rules of using the great name "Allah" in morphology, syntax, and grammar. It is noticed that the word "god" does not be used in some grammatical and syntactical places in Arabic language, because of the peculiarity of this word. So, when we use this word we have to depend on two criteria: the first one is the Islamic low, and the second is the Arabic linguistics.
