This study seeks to shed light on Makous excise taxes in the territories controlled by the Buyid state, which had extensive trade relations with many neighboring countries, along with the trade within the territories of the Buyid state which were also subjected to excise tax. The study discussd the amount of these taxes which were characterized by instability and its connection with the head of the authority according to the political events and economic conditions prevailing at that time. The study revealed the extent of the effects of disputes and conflict between the Buyid princes especially in Iraq on the poor economic conditions which were followed by further impositions of the Makous excise tax. The study also deals with the impact of this tax on economic life and on trade in particular. Keywords: Buyid State, Makous, Ma'aser , Trade. 2020-06-28T00:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/2352 Title: دور الجمعيات الخيرية النسوية في تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر النساء المستفيدات Authors: عبد المجيد خلف السيبية Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الجمعيات الخيرية النسوية في تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً واجتماعياً، ومعرفة أهم المعوقات التي تواجه الجمعيات الخيرية النسوية في تمكين المرأة في محافظة المفرق، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة استخدم الباحث منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة، وتم اختيار عينة ممثله من النساء المستفيدات من الجمعيات الخيرية النسوية وبلغ حجم العينة (286) سيدة تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية، وتم تصميم استبانة تتكون من أسئلة متنوعة وشامله لتغطية جميع محاور الدراسة، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليلي الاحصائي SPSS لتحليل البيانات من خلال إيجاد المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (ت). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور الجمعيات الخيرية النسوية في تمكين المرأة اقتصادياً كانت مرتفعة وبتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.51%)، كما تبين أن دور الجمعيات الخيرية النسوية في تمكين المرأة اجتماعياً كانت مرتفعة وبتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.81%)، وتمت مناقشة أهم المعوقات التي تواجه الجمعيات الخيرية النسائية في تنفيذ خططها التنموية الموجهة لدعم وتمكين المرأة في محافظة المفرق والتي تحد من دورها في المضي قدماً في تمكين المرأة في المجالات أنفة الذكر، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة أوصت بعدة توصيات تهدف الى دعم دور تلك الجمعيات للمضي قدماً في دعمها لتمكين المرأة ولتحقيق نتائج أفضل. The current study aimed at identifying the role of women's charities in empowering women economically and socially, and identifying the most important obstacles facing women's charities in empowering women in Al-Mafraq Governorate. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the social survey approach in the sample method; a representative sample of women benefiting from women's charities was chosen. The sample size was 286 women randomly selected. A questionnaire consisting of various and comprehensive questions was designed to cover all areas of study. The SPSS Statistical Analytical Program was used to analyze the data by finding means, standard deviations and (T) test. The results of the study showed that the role of women's charities in empowering women economically was high and with a mean of (3.51%). It was also found that the role of women's charities in empowering women socially was high and with a mean of (3.81%). The most important obstacles facing women's charities were discussed in implementing their development plans directed to support and empower women in Al-Mafraq Governorate, where such obstacles limit their role in moving forward in empowering women in the aforementioned fields. Based on the results of the study, the study recommended supporting the role of these charities to move forward in empowering women and achieving better results. 2021-01-12T00:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/2351 Title: دور الحركة النسويَّة الفلسطينيَّة الوطنيَّة في مواجهة مؤسسة الاستشراق الإسرائيليَّة 1920-1967م Authors: عبد الله أحمد حسن Abstract: تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الحركة النِسويَّة الفلسطينيَّة الوطنيَّة في مواجهة مؤسسة الاستشراق الإسرائيليَّة. إذ نجد أنَّ الحركة النسويَّة الفلسطينيَّة بدأت قوية. لأنَّها ارتبطت بأهم القضايا القوميَّة المصيريَّة في الوطن العربي من أجل التخلص من براثن الاستعمار الأجنبي للبلاد العربيَّة، وقيادة حركة المقاومة النسائية ضد استقدام اليهود إلى فلسطين بدءاً من مطلع بدايات القرن العشرين، ونجد كذلك زيادة نشاط المرأة الفلسطينيَّة في دعم حركة المقاومة، ورفض جميع المشاريع الإسرائيليَّة على أرض فلسطين وضرورة خروج اليهود من أرض فلسطين العربيَّة، وتوضح هذه الدراسة الدور الذي لعبته مؤسسة الاستشراق الإسرائيلي في تشويه صورة المرأة الفلسطينيَّة المقاومة، وإبعادها عن عاداتها، وتقاليدها العربيَّة الأصيلة، وإقناعها بالتحرُّر من تلك القيود المجتمعية، والاقتداء بصورة المرأة الغربيَّة المتحضّرة بحسب ادعائهم.The study aims to shed light on the role of the Palestinian national feminist movement in resisting the Israeli Orientalism Foundation. It has been found that the Palestinian feminist movement started strong because it is connected to the most significant national issues in the Arab world to eliminate the clutches of foreign colonialism in the Arab countries, and lead the women's resistance movement against immigration of Jews to Palestine from the beginning of the start of the twentieth century. Also, it is found that there is an increase in the activity of the Palestinian woman in supporting the resistance movement and rejecting all Israeli projects on the land of Palestine and the necessity for the Jews to leave the Arab land of Palestine. This study shows the role played by the Israeli Orientalism Foundation in distorting the image of the resisting Palestinian woman, distancing her from their authentic Arab habits and traditions authentic, persuading them to break free from these societal restrictions, and emulating the image of a civilized Western woman according to their claim.
