Abstract: ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى استنباط المضامين التربوية من نماذج النصوص الشرعية المتعلقة بفضل النوافل بشكل عام، ونوافل الصلوات، ونوافل الصيام، نوافل الحج والعمرة والصدقة، بعد تفسيرها وتحليلها، مع اتباع المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي.
وخلصت إلى نتيجة مفادها: أن النوافل تكمل الفرائض وتسد النقص الذي قد يحصل فيها، فهي تربية لشخصية الفرد من جميع جوانبها- الدينية والنفسية والجسدية والاجتماعية والسلوكية-.
وأوصت المؤسسات التربوية: ببناء منهج تربوي إسلامي أصيل في المؤسسات التعليمية يراعى فيه كيفية استخراج المضامين التربوية من الآيات الكريمة والأحاديث الشريفة، والاستفادة منها، لحث الأفراد على الالتزام بشرع الله؛ لما فيها من فوائد تربوية تعود على الفرد والمجتمع.

Abstract
The study aimed at extrapolating the educational contents from the legal texts related to naafil in general, and prayers, and fasting, naafil pilgrimage, Umrah and charity, after interpretation and analysis, With an inductive and descriptive approach.
It concluded to the conclusion that: naafil complement the statutes and fill the shortage that may occur, it is the education of the personality of the individual in all its aspects; religious, psychological, physical, social and behavioral.
The educational institutions recommended building an authentic Islamic educational curriculum in educational institutions that takes into account how to extract the educational contents from the verses and honorable conversations, and make use of them, to urge individuals to abide by the law of God because of the educational benefits to the individual and society.

Abstract: ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى استقراء وتحليل الأفكار الاقتصادية عند الإمام العزّ بن عبد السلام المتعلقة بالنشاط الإنتاجي. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في بيان إسهام الإمام العز بن عبد السلام في بناء الفكر الاقتصادي الإسلامي من خلال بيان فكره المتعلق بالإنتاج.
واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي لتتبع أفكار الإمام العز الخاصة بالإنتاج، ثم المنهج التحليلي، وصولا إلى استنباط الأفكار ذات الصلة بموضوع البحث.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإمام العز قد تعرض في كتبه إلى جملة من الأفكار الاقتصادية لخصت معرفته بالنشاط الإنتاجي معرفة تتفق مع الفكر الاقتصادي المعاصر، إذ ورد في كتبه تحديدا لعناصر الإنتاج الأربعة المادية منها والبشرية، وبيانا للمفاهيم المتعلقة بها، كما أنها بينت أثر المذهب الاقتصادي الإسلامي على الإنتاج من خلال بيانها المعايير الضابطة للنشاط الإنتاجي عند المسلم وهي معايير الإحسان والمصلحة العامة والمآلات.
وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة القراءة الاقتصادية المتعمقة لكتب العز بن عبد السلام، وتجميع المعرفة المتحصلة وصياغتها صياغة علمية فنية في ضوء النظريات المعاصرة بما يسهم في استكمال بناء الفكر الاقتصادي الإسلامي.

Productive activity in the thought of Imam
al-Ezz bin Abd al-Salam
Abstract
The study deals with extrapolate and analyze the economic ideas of Imam al-Ezz ibn Abd al-Salam related to productive activity. The problem of the study was to demonstrate the contribution of Imam Al-Ezz bin Abdul Salam to building Islamic economic thought through explaining his idea of production.
The study used the inductive method to track the ideas of Imam al-Ezz on production, then the analytical approach, leading to the development of ideas related to the subject of research.
The study comes to conclusion that Imam al-Ezz had presented in his books to a number of economic ideas that summarized his knowledge of productive activity in a manner consistent with contemporary economic thought, as he mentioned in his books specifically the four elements of production, including material and human, and a statement of related concepts, as it showed the impact of Islamic economic doctrine On production, through its presentation, the criteria governing the productive activity of a Muslim are standards of benevolence, public interest, and money.
The study recommended the necessity of in-depth economic reading of the books of Al-Ezz Bin Abdul-Salam, and the gathering of the acquired knowledge and its formulation of a scientific and artistic formulation in the light of contemporary theories, in a way that contributes to completing the building of Islamic economic thought.
