Authors: وصال الربضي Abstract: الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تأثير تدريبات المرونة المائية لتحسين أداء زاويه الجذع في سباحة الصدر التموجية. تتبع ‏الباحثة المنهج التجريبي، والذي تم تطبيقه على مجمـوعـة مؤلفة من (20) طالبة من طالبات المسجلات في مساق السباحة (2) ‏للفصل الدراسي الثاني (2017م) في جامعة اليرموك. وتم تطبيق تدريبات المرونة المائية بمصاحبة الموسيقى. حيث استمر ‏البرنامج لمدة (‏‎8‎‏) أسابيع، بمعدل لقاءين كل أسبوع، وكل لقاء يستغرق فترة زمنية (30) دقيقة. تم إجراء اختباران قياسيان لجميع ‏الطالبات (قبلي وبعدي) أثناء التجربة لتحديد اتجاه التغير في الأداء التنفيذي لسباحة الصدر التموجية. وبعد اجراء المعالجة ‏الاحصائية للبيانات أظهرت النتائج ان تطبيق تدريبات المرونة المائية المصاحبة للموسيقى له الأثر الايجابي على تحسين زاويه ‏الجذع من خلال تطوير مرونة عضلات الظهر لدى الطالبات، وكذلك اكتساب قدرات خاصة لدى الطالبات في انجاز مسافة 25م. ‏وتوصي الباحثة باستخدام هذه تدريبات المرونة المائية كمنهج تدريبي جديد لتسريع الأداء بشكل فعال في المرحلة التعليمية ‏والتكنيكية لرياضة السباحة.‏ الكلمات المفتاحية: تدريبات المرونة المائية، زاوية الجذع، سباحة الصدر التموجية.‏ Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of the proposed Aqua Flexibility exercises with ‎music to improve the performance of the trunk in the undulation technique of breaststroke. The researcher ‎follows the experimental method applied on a swimmer group consisting of (20) female students, enrolled ‎in swimming (2) course of first term (2017) at the faculty of Physical Education in Yarmouk University. ‎Implementing the experimental method was accompanied by extraordinary music, and it lasted for 8 ‎weeks; with two meetings weekly and each one takes a time period of 30 minutes. Two standard tests ‎were conducted with and without the experimental method for the involved. ‎ swimmers to identify the variation trend in dynamic execution of the undulation technique for ‎breaststroke.‎ The evaluation of the tests’ results has shown that the application of the Aqua Flexibility exercises ‎associated with music has a positive influence on the improvement of the performance of the trunk in ‎breaststroke through developing the flexibility of the back muscles of the swimmers. Special skills are ‎acquired in the swimmers dynamic movements; it also lead to more frequency and to a developed ‎behaviour in water. The sample of the study consists of (100) female students in the ‎secondary schools. To achieve the objects of the study; a questionnaire was used, consists of (55) items ‎include the popular proverbs after making sure of its validity and reliability. The results show that the ‎degree of practicing such popular proverbs among female teachers is high. The manipulation in this matter of ‎the pedigree to others causes a major waste to the child’s personal،‎ family،‎ and financial rights. ‎Therefore،‎ this study tends to deal with kinship’s forms of assaults particularly the custody to others.‎ It also states the panel protection to such right through illustrating the Jordanian panel law to show ‎the criminal status to this crime. It also sheds light on the legislator panel code as well as other ‎legislations regarding surrogacy.‎ The study has concluded many results. The Jordanian legislator paid a great attention to the child’s ‎kinship and considered the situation criminal in case of any violation specially pedigree the child to ‎others. The ‎privileges of trademark’s owner were addressed. The trademark’s owner establishes several rights to ‎the trademark he/she owns. Among such privileges and rights are that the right of the owner to his/her ‎trademark is rather relative not absolute in terms of the products the trademark marks, its components ‎and parts, and the territory at which it is registered therein. They also include the rights that prove the ‎owner’s permanent, exclusive, and monopolistic right to his/her trademark. Comparative legislation have ‎also stressed on these rights and privileges. Judgments also adopted such approach. This study also ‎addresses the ways in which the right of the trademark’s owner expires. The trademark’s owner loses ‎his/her right to the trademark in several ways, including ditching and abandoning the trademark, as well ‎as not using it. The right to the trademark expires in accordance with the principle of exhaustion of the ‎right to a trademark, which has become one of the principles recognized by legislation in some ‎countries.
