Title: المعاني العقدية للحمدلة Authors: حسن حميد عبيد; رائد سالم شريف Abstract: ملخص يتناول البحث المعاني والدلالات المتضمنة فيها التي من أجلها شرع الحمد لله في الصلاة والذكر والقرآن، فضلاً عن بيان الصلة والترابط بين الذكر والإيمان، فاللفظ والدلالة العقدية بينهما علاقة وثيقة وبخاصة في الحمدلة محور البحث، والتي بذكرها تملأ الميزان، فكيف؟ وما معناها ودلالاتها العقدية؟ ولماذا كانت فاتحة أعظم سورة في القرآن، وفي سور أخرى؟ ومن ثم متى يبلغ المؤمن الدرجة العليا في سُلّم الحامدين؟ وقد خلص البحث إلى أن الكم الكثير لمدلولات وعلاقات الحمد بغيره من الألفاظ ذات الصلة صيّر البحث ومفرداته إلى نور يكشف ظلمات الجهل لدى الكثير من المسلمين الذين وقفوا عند اللفظ دون التأمل في دلالاته ومقاصده. ويُعطي مفاتيح الفهم لمعنى الحمد لله، وأن كثرة ذكرها من تمام العبودية لله ، وما يترتب على ذلك من فضائل عظيمة في الدنيا والآخرة. The Theological Meaning of Al-Hamdalah Abstract The research aims to convey the interdependence between dhikr and faith, for the speech and the theological meaning between them, is profound. It has a close relationship, especially in Al-Hamdallah, which is the core of this article. And with its remembrance, the balance is filled. So how? And what does it mean? Why is it the opening of the greatest surah in the Qur'an and even other surahs? When does a believer reach the highest level in the scale of praisers? The abundance of meanings and the relationships of praise with other related words has turned the research to reveal the darkness of ignorance among Muslims who stood at the word without thinking its connotations and purposes. The research terms give the keys to understanding praise and other dhikrs. It includes five demands: the first is the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of praise, the second is the difference between praise, appreciation, thanksgiving, and advocacy, the third in the sections of praise and the types of praisers, and the fourth includes faith conclusions and the fifth clarifies the relationship of praise with the names of God, such as Al-Hamid, and Al-Shakur.

Title: أثر الخلاف في القياس على الأصل المحصور بعدد بين المُثبِتين والنّافيـن على الفـروع الفقهيّـة - دراسة أصولية تطبيقية- Authors: بسام العف Abstract: ملخص هذا البحث المُعنون بـ"أثر الخلاف في القياس على الأصل المحصور بعدد بين المُثبِتين والنّافين على الفروع الفقهيَّة دراسة أصولية تطبيقية"، يتطرَّق بالدِّراسة المعمَّقة لمسألة أصوليّة ذات أثر بالغ في الفروع الفقهيّة، وهي ما كان الأصل محصورًا بعدد معيَّن كأربع أو خمس ونحو ذلك، فهل يمنع ذلك من القياس عليه عن طريق تعدية حكمه إلى فروع مسكوت عنها، تشترك مع الأصل المنطوق به في علة الحُكم ومناطه أم لا؟ وذلك من خلال الحديث عن التعريف بمصطلحات البحث (القياس، الأصل، المحصور)، وذكر العلاقة بين القاعدة وبعض القواعد القريبة، وبيان خلاف الأصوليّين في حكم القياس على الأصل المحصور بعدد، وأثر الاختلاف فيها على عدد من الفروع الفقهية، فُصِّلت في صفحات هذا البحث، وقد توصَّل الباحث إلى القول: إنّ الأصلَ المحصورَ بعددٍ معيّن يجوز القياسُ عليه، كما أوصى بتوجيه عناية الباحثين بالكتابة في الربط بين القواعد الأصوليّة والمسائل الفقهيّة؛ لضبط عملية الاجتهاد. كلمات مفتاحية: القياس، الأصل، العدد المحصور، الفروع الفقهيّة. The Impact of Disagreement in Qiyas (analoyg) on the Origin Limited to a Number Between the Proven and the Negative on the Fiqh Branches “An applied fundamentalist study” Abstract This research is entitled “The Impact of Disagreement in Measurement on the Origin Limited to a Number Between the Proven and the Negative on the Fiqh Branches An applied fundamentalist study”, it deals with an in-depth study of a fundamental issue that has a profound impact on the branches of jurisprudence that is, if the original is limited to a specific number, such as four or five, and so on, does that prevent it from being compared to it by transcending its ruling to branches that are silent about it that share with the original utterance in the reason for the ruling and its implications, or not? Title: العملات الرقمية غير الرسمية (تقدير اقتصادي إسلامي) Authors: عبد الله العبد المنعم; إبراهيم عبادة Abstract: ملخص هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان طبيعة وخصائص العملات الرقمية بمفهومها الواسع، كمدخل نظري للتعريف بحقيقة وأقسام العملات الرقمية، سواء أكانت العملات الافتراضية أو العملات المشفرة أو العملات المستقرة أو العملات القانونية، إلا أن الدراسة سلطت الضوء على العملات الرقمية غير الرسمية؛ وذلك لغاية إبراز التقدير الاقتصادي الإسلامي منها. وتضمنت الدراسة تكييف العملات الرقمية غير الرسمية بحسب ما توصل إليه خبراء الصناعة المالية الإسلامية، من خلال عدة تكييفات لماهية العملات الرقمية غير الرسمية، كما تضمنت الدراسة الإشارة لأبرز المخاطر الاقتصادية للعملات الرقمية غير الرسمية، منها المخاطر المتعلقة بالنقد والسياسة النقدية، بالإضافة إلى مخاطر الاستقرار المالي والمصرفي، وعرضت الدراسة تقدير الاقتصاد الإسلامي للعملات غير الرسمية، حيث أوضحت مخالفات العملات الرقمية غير الرسمية من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وبيان البديل الشرعي المناسب لتلك العملات الرقمية من موقف المذهب الاقتصادي الإسلامي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العملات الرقمية غير الرسمية هي مجرد أصول افتراضية كأرقام وبيانات على شاشة منصات الإنترنت، وهذا التكييف سلب منها الطبيعة النقدية والسلعية، بالإضافة إلى عدم كونها أصول مالية حقيقية. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى مخاطر العملات الرقمية غير الرسمية ذات أثر على الاقتصاد الكلي؛ من حيث النقد والسياسة النقدية والاستقرار المالي والمصرفي، بالإضافة إلى العملات الرقمية غير الرسمية لا تتوافق مع موقف الاقتصاد الإسلامي من عدة محاور، والبديل المناسب هي النقود والعملات الرقمية القانونية الصادرة من البنوك المركزية. الكلمات المفتاحية: العملات الرقمية، العملات غير الرسمية، العملات الافتراضية.The Informal Digital Currencies (An Islamic Economics evaluation) Abstract The study aimed to discuss the properties of digital currencies in wide concept, as theoretical entry to define terms of virtual currencies, Crypto-currencies, Stable coins, and Central Bank digital Currencies. Although the study casting light on informal digital currencies, in order to display the Islamic economics consideration. The study included most of prominent economic risks of informal digital currencies, as money and monetary policy risk, in addition to banking and financial stability risks. Also, the study offered the informal digital currencies in Islamic economics point view, where it explained the violations of informal digital currencies from the perspective of Islamic economics, and the appropriate Shari‘ah alternative to those digital currencies was explained from the position of the Islamic economic doctrine. The study concluded that informal digital currencies are just virtual assets, such as numbers and data on the screen of internet platforms, and this characterization eliminate their monetary and commodity feature, and also to not being real financial assets. Moreover, the study found the risks of informal digital currencies having an impact on the macroeconomic, In terms of money and monetary policy, financial and banking stability, and in several aspects informal digital currencies couldn’t be an Islamic economic complaint, so central banks digital currencies will be the appropriate alternative of informal digital currencies.
