Abstract: الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى دور عضو هيئة التدريس في تعزيز قيمة الانتماء الوطني من وجهة نظر الطالبات الجامعيات بكلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى، والتعرف إلى مستوى الدور تبعا لمتغيرات: المستوى الدراسي، والقسم الأكاديمي، والمعدل التراكمي. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعدت استبانة اشتملت على (20) فقرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (417) طالبة من الطالبات الجامعيات بكلية التربية بجامعة أم القرى تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى دور الاستاذ الجامعي في تعزيز قيم الانتماء الوطني كان متوسطا بصورة عامة بمتوسط حسابي (2,82)، وقد تفاوتت جميع استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على فقرات الاستبانة وفق المجال الذي تم وضعه حيث جاءت الفقرات بدرجة عالية ومتوسطة ومنخفضة، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لمتغيرات: المستوى الدراسي لصالح المستوى السابع والمستوى الثامن، ولمتغير القسم الأكاديمي لصالح قسم التربية الفنية والتربية الخاصة، ولمتغير المعدل التراكمي لصالح معدل ممتاز.

Abstract
This study aimed at exploring faculty of education female students’ perspectives on the role faculty members play in promoting patriotism. Different factors were taken into account in analyzing female students’ perspectives: The academic level, academic department, and students’ Grade Point Average (GPA).
To fulfill the study objectives, a twenty (20) statement questionnaire was designed and distributed among a sample that consisted of (417) female students who were randomly selected.
Results revealed that the majority of the study sample agreed that faculty members’ role in promoting patriotism came in an average level. The female students’ responses, displayed statistical significance in accordance to study variables. This statistical significance was in favor of female students who are: in advanced levels of academic study, Special and Art Education specialization, and those with high GPA.

Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة في فاعلية الاتصال الإداري من وجهة نظر المديرين في الوزارات الأردنية.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استباتة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بنسبة(30%) من مجتمع الدراسة، وقد تم توزيع(427) استباتة، أعيد منها وكان صالحاً للتحليل(405) استباتة، وتم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية(SPSS) لتحليل تلك البيانات.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أبرزها ما يلي:
1. إن تصورات المبحوثين لفقرات أبعاد المتغير المستقل (خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة) قد جاءت مرتفعة، وأن المتوسط الحسابي العام لتصورات المبحوثين نحو أبعاد متغير فاعلية الاتصال الاداري قد جاء مرتفعاً.
2. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ثمة أثرا ذا دلالة إحصائية لخصائص المنظمة المتعلمة في فاعلية الاتصال الإداري لدى المديرين في الوزارات الأردنية.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تهيئة الإداريين والعاملين لتحسين نظام الاتصال الإداري كمنهج إداري، وأن تعمل الوزارات الأردنية على تعزيز أبعاد خصائص المنظمة المتعلمة من خلال وضع آليات تعزز ثقافة التعلم التنظيمي.

Abstract
The study aimed at analyzing the effect of characteristics of the learning organization on effective administration communication from administrators' perspective in Jordanian ministries . To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was developed to collect data, and the a percentage of (30%) was taken from the society of the study to form its sample . )427) questionnaires were distributed among which )405( questionnaires were valid for analysis . The Social Science Software ( SPSS )was used to analyze data .The study revealed a group of results among which :
1- The participants' perspectives on the items of the independent variable (characteristics of the learning organization) were high and the general mean of the participants' perspectives regarding the dimensions of the efficiency of administrative communication was at high level.
2- There was a significant statistical effect for the dimensions of the characteristics of the learning organization on organizational scale efficiency among administrators in Jordanian ministries .
In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of preparing administrators and workers to facilitate the administrative communication system as an administrative approach , the Jordanian ministries should promote the dimensions of characteristics of the learning organization through the development of mechanisms to promote a culture of organizational learning.

Abstract: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الحاكمية المؤسسية على فاعلية إدارة الأزمات في الشركات المساهمة العامة في القطاع المصرفي الأردني، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات، تكونت عينة الدراسة من(248) مبحوثاً، واستخدمت الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS.16) لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: وجود أثر لأبعاد الحاكمية المؤسسية في فاعلية إدارة الأزمات ، وأن أبعاد الحاكمية المؤسسية تفسر ما مقداره (63.4%) من التباين في فاعلية إدارة الأزمات.
وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة العمل على إيجاد ثقافة تنظيمية تركز على خصائص الحاكمية المؤسسية، من خلال تطوير مهارات العاملين وتوفير رؤية استراتيجية واضحة المعالم للقطاع المصرفي وأهدافه، لما لها من أثر في تعزيز جهود معالجة الأزمات.

Abstract
This study aimed at investigating the impact of corporate governance in crisis management effectiveness in the public shareholding companies in the Jordanian banking sector. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was developed for data collection. The study sample was composed of (248) subjects, where Statistic Package for Social Science, Version 16 (SPSS, 16) was adopted to analyze the questionnaire data. The most important findings of this study were as the following.
There is an impact of corporate governance dimensions in crisis management effectiveness investment which explains (63.4%) of variation in the dependent variable (crisis management effectiveness).
The study recommends the need to work on creating an organizational culture that focuses on the characteristics of corporate governance, through the development of skills of workers and provide strategic vision and clear for the banking sector and its objectives, because of their impact in promoting efforts to tackle crises.

تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر نظام الدائرة الانتخابية العامة في قانون الانتخاب على مشاركة الاحزاب السياسية في الانتخابات النيابية في الاردن عام 2013م. من خلال الاجابة على الاسئلة التالية:
ما اثر نظام الدائرة العامة على مشاركة الاحزاب بصفة معلنة ورسمية في الانتخابات؟
ما اثر نظام الدائرة العامة على تحفيز الاحزاب للمشاركة بالانتخابات؟
ما اثر نظام الدائرة العامة على وصول الاحزاب السياسية الى البرلمان؟
وتأتي أهمية هذه الدراسة من كونها تتناول موضوعاً على جانب من الأهمية يتعلق باثر النظم الانتخابية على مشاركة الاحزاب في الانتخابات النيابية وتحديدا الدائرة الانتخابية العامة كمحفز لهذه المشاركة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة منهج تحليل النظم للإجابة على اسئلتها.
وقد خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: ان هناك علاقة ايجابية بين نظام الدائرة العامة وبين زيادة عدد الاحزاب المشاركة في الانتخابات النيابية بصورة معلنة ورسمية. وجود علاقة ايجابية بين الدائرة العامة وزيادة قدرة الاحزاب على الوصول الى البرلمان بالمقارنة مع النظم الانتخابية التي طبقت في الدورات الانتخابية السابقة، وان هذه القدرة زادت في الدائرة العامة عن الدائرة المحلية.
Abstract
This study aims at examining the effect of general constituency system in election law on political parties’ participation in parliamentary election of 2013 in Jordan, through the answering of the follow question:
- What is the effect of general constituency system on political parties publicly and official participation in election?
- What is the effect of general constituency system on parties’ motivation to participate in the election?
- What is the effect of general constituency system on political parties’ reach to the parliament?
The importance of this study comes from the fact that it deals with an important topic related to the impact of the electoral systems on the participation of the parties in the parliamentary elections, specifically the general electoral constituency as a catalyst for this participation. The study used the system analysis method to answer its questions.
The study revealed the following results: there is a positive relationship between general constituency system and the increase of political parties’ number that participated in parliamentary election in public and official manner.
There is a positive relationship between general constituency system and political parties’ ability increase to reach parliament, in comparison with election systems which were utilized in previous elections.
