الملخص

هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في تنمية مهارات التدريس الإلكتروني والاتجاهات نحوها لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بغزة، ولتحقيق ذلك تم تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية الرئيسة للمعلمين في مجال التدريس الإلكتروني والبالغة (20) احتياجاً، واستخدم الباحث استبانة لترتيب تلك الاحتياجات حسب أولويات التدريب من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد اختار الباحث الاحتياجات التي حصلت على تقديرات مرتفعة حسب آراء المعلمين لبناء البرنامج التدريبي، وهي خمسة احتياجات كالآتي: العروض التقديمية، واستخدام الإنترنت في التعليم، وتطبيقات البريد الإلكتروني، والمدونات الإلكترونية، وجهاز عرض البيانات، وتم اقتراح (45) مهارة فرعية، لتندرج تحت المحاور الخمسة السابقة، وقام الباحث بإعداد البرنامج التدريبي استناداً إلى أسلوب النظم، وتكونت أدوات البرنامج من اختبار التحصيل المعرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة، ومقياس الاتجاهات، وقد تم تطبيقها قبل البدء بالبرنامج التدريبي على عينة مكونة من (30) معلماً من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في غزة، وبعد تطبيق البرنامج على العينة طبقت الأدوات بعدياً، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود أثر دال إحصائياً لبرنامج التدريب في الجانب المعرفي والمهاري والاتجاه لدى عينة البحث، كما حقق البرنامج التدريبي فاعلية في الجوانب الثلاثة حسب معادلة بلاك للكسب المعدل. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج تدريبي، تدريس إلكتروني، فاعلية برنامج تدريبي، مهارات التدريس الإلكتروني، الاتجاهات. The study investigated the effectiveness of a training program which aims at promoting electronic instructional skills among secondary stage teachers and their attitudes toward it. To achieve this aim, (20) training needs in the field of electronic instruction were identified. The researcher used a questionnaire to rank these needs as perceived by teachers as training needs. Additionally, the researcher chose the needs that were assigned high estimates by the teachers in order to construct the program. Those were five needs namely: PowerPoint presentations, using the internet in teaching, email applications, electronic weblogs, and data show projectors. Forty five skills were identified and distributed into the previous five domains. Then the researcher constructed a system- based training program. The program tools consisted of a cognitive achievement test, an observation card, and an attitudes scale. These were applied before implementing the training program on a sample consisting of (30) male and female secondary school teachers in Gaza. After implementing the program, the tools were applied once more again. The findings revealed that there was a statistically significant effect for the program on the participants' cognitive and psychomotor aspects, and their attitude towards it. Besides, the training program proved effective in all the tree aspects according to Plack's acquisition equation.
