الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على المخاطر التي يمكن أن يتعرض لها أطراف الاعتماد المستندي وهم: المشتري والبائع والبنك، نظراً للخطورة التي تكتنف هذه العملية المصرفية وعلى جميع أطرافها. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد تم تقسيم هذا البحث إلى ثلاثة مباحث تناول الأول مخاطر الاعتماد المستندي في جانب المشتري الآمر بفتح الاعتماد، فيما تناول الثاني المخاطر التي يمكن أن يتعرض لها البائع المستفيد من الاعتماد،أما المبحث الثالث فبين المخاطر التي يمكن أن يتعرض لها البنك مصدر الاعتماد المستندي.
Abstract
This paper aims to pinpoint the risks letter that the parties of the documentary, the seller, the buyer and the bank may face. To achieve this aims this paper is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the risk of the documentary letter on the buyer, the applicant. The second part dealt with the risk that face the beneficiary seller. The third part deals with the risks of the documentary letter on the issuing bank.
