Title: اتجاهات الحزبيين وغير الحزبيين نحو الأداء الحكومي والبرلماني والإعلامي في الأردن: (دراسة استطلاعية مقارنة)

Abstract: الملخص جاءت هذه الدراسة الاستطلاعية لتكشف عن اتجاهات الحزبيين في الأردن نحو الأداء الحكومي والبرلماني والإعلامي، ومقارنتها باتجاهات غير الحزبيين، وذلك بهدف تسليط الضوء على أهم القضايا والمشكلات التي تواجه المجتمع الأردني وفقا لاتجاهاتهم، ولتوفير أرضية معلوماتية، نظرية وتطبيقية، غير متوفرة من خلال البيانات الإحصائية الرسمية. ولأغراض الدراسة تم استخدام المنهجين الوصفي التحليلي والمقارن وبعض الأدوات الإحصائية والعمليات الحسابية البسيطة مثل النسب المئوية والتكرارات والجداول المتقاطعة (cross tabulations ). وأجريت الدراسة على المستوى الوطني وشملت عينة منتظمة (N=1800 ) ممثلة لفئات المجتمع الأردني كافة، إضافة إلى عينة غرضية (N=166 ) من قادة الرأي وصانعي القرار وذلك بهدف ضمان اكبر عدد ممكن من منتسبي الأحزاب السياسية. وقامت الدراسة على عدد من الفرضيات أهمها الفرضية الآتية: اتجاهات الحزبيين نحو الأداء الحكومي والبرلماني والإعلامي أكثر سلبية من اتجاهات غير الحزبيين. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتيجة الآتية: أن اتجاهات الحزبيين وغير الحزبيين نحو الأداء الحكومي كان أكثر إيجابية منه نحو الأداء البرلماني، والأكثر إيجابية كانت اتجاهاتهم نحو الأداء الإعلامي. ومع ذلك كانت اتجاهات الحزبيين وغير الحزبيين سلبية نحو أداء الحكومة والبرلمان بخصوص عدد من الموضوعات كان من أهمها: تخفيف الضرائب، وتكافؤ الفرص في التعيينات، والحد من ارتفاع الأسعار، ومشكلة الفقر والبطالة. وقدمت الدراسة بناء على ما توصلت إليه من نتائج، عددا من التوصيات من أهمها: - اتخاذ خطوات جادة وشفافة من قبل الحكومة لمكافحة الفساد، وضمان مبدأ تكافؤ الفرص واعتماد الكفاءة في التعيينات، وذلك لتعزيز ثقة المواطنين بالحكومة حيال هذه الموضوعات. Abstract The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze the attitudes of political parties members and the non-members towards the performance of the Jordanian government, parliament and mass media concerning the most important issues and problems facing the Jordanian community. For the purpose of the study a comparative and a descriptive analytical approaches were used as well as ther statistical areasures. The major hypothesis of the study is that the attitudes of members of political parties towards the performance of government, parliament and mass media are less positive than those of the non-members. The study has arrived at several conclusions, the most important of which are: In general, the positive responses of the samples were mostly to the performance of mass media, then to the governments performance, and the least was for the performance of the parliament. Along with the positive responses to the performance of the government regarding some issues, negative attitudes were reflected regarding some issues, such as: taking appropriate measures for reducing taxes, ensuring equal employment opportunities, reducing prices increase, and dealing with poverty and unemployment problems. In the light of the results, the study provides a number of recommendations that may enhance the performance of the government, parliament and mass media, the most important of which is taking serious measures on the part of government to combat corruption, manage administrative flaccidity, and ensure equal employment opportunities.
