الملخص
الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه، وبعد: فيتحدث هذا البحث عن آية النجوى من حيث تفسيرها، وأحكامها، ومن حيث عملُ الصحابة الكرام بها. وفي البحث ذكر أقوال العلماء في إثبات عمل بعض الصحابة بهذه الآية، ومناقشة هذا القول في ضوء الأدلة الشرعية، وأثر هذا القول في معنى الآية وأحكامها. وقد خلص البحث إلى نفي عمل الصحابة بآية النجوى، وإلى تأثير قضية عمل الصحابة بمباحث الآية في كتب التفسير.
Abstract
This research deals with the verse of Annajwaa in terms of its interpretation and verdicts, and whether the companions have acted upon it or not. It investigates the viewpoint of many scholars in this regard in light of authentic evidence. Furthermore, it investigates the impact of adapting specific understanding for this verse on other meanings and legislations included in this verse. The research has ended up with the result that the companions have not acted upon the verse superficial directions for specific reasons.
