dc.description.abstractملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع مشاركة المرأة الأردنية في الحياة العامة من خلال تشخيص نشاطها في التنظيمات والاتحادات القائمة من جهة، وتجربتها في المشاركة السياسية في المجالس التشريعية من جهة أخرى، وتستعرضها بدراسة تحليلية وإحصائية على ضوء نتائج الانتخابات النيابية للمجلس التشريعي الرابع عشر، لرصد نسب تمثيل المرأة باستخدام كل من المنهج التاريخي والإحصائي المقارن للمجالس البرلمانية على المستوى العالمي والإقليمي والمحلي، وفي التنظيمات المحلية المختلفة وبمقارنة لدراسة أجراها مركز الأميرة بسمة لشؤون المرأة عام 1997، وأخرى قام بها الباحث بعد الانتخابات النيابية الأخيرة لعام 2003. أظهرت الدراسة أن العوامل الاجتماعية والثقافية والإعلامية ما زالت متجذرة وأن نسب التغبير في منح الصوت ما زالت ثابتة.لذا أوصت الدراسة من خلال ما توصلت إليه من نتائج بأن المسؤولية كذلك تقع على عاتق المرأة نفسها، فهي ما زالت لا تنتخب جنسها، لذا يجب أن تستفيد من المواقع التي منحتها لها الحكومة من خلال نظام الانتخاب المعدل "نظام الكوتا"، ومن المواقع التي وصلت إليها من خلال التعيين، والتوصية بالإبقاء على النظام المعدل المذكور للدورة الانتخابية المقبلة، وذلك للمساعدة في تغيير النظرة المجتمعة للمرأة بالمساهمة منها من خلال وجودها في المواقع المختلفة. Abstract The main aims of the stud is to discuss the reality of the development in the Jordanian woman political participation in general life through her active role in organizations and unions, at one hand, and her experience in political participation in parliament council on the other . The study tries to illustrate that by analysis and statistics through the election of the parlament council in 2003. The study used the historical approach, statistical , and comparative between the study of Prince Basma Institute for Woman Affairs in 1997, and the researcher’s following the parliament election in 2003. The study concludes that the social, cultural factors still play the main role to change the woman reality. The study recommends that women still have responsibility, because they still don’t choose there gender. Also the study concludes that the (Kota system) is still needed.en_US
