هذا البحث هو عبارة عن تحقیق مخطوطة : ( أحكام الأواني الظروف وما فیها من المظروف)
للعلامة: أحمد بن عماد بن یوسف الأقفهسي المعروف بابن العماد، فقد كان أحد أئمة الشافعیة في عصره،
وكان كثیر الاطلاع والتصنیف، فقد ألف أكثر من ستین مصنفاً في شتى العلوم، منها المطبوع، ومنها
المخطوط.
وهذه المخطوطة تتعلق بعدة أحكام فقهیة: في الضمان، والوقف على الأواني المكسورة، وحكم استعمال
الأواني المحرمة وحكم بیعها، وحكم استعمال أواني المشركین، وحكم الأواني المختلطة. فقد ذكر ابن
العماد رحمه الله تعالى في طیات كتابه هذا مسائل دقیقة، لا یستغني عنها طالب العلم.
Abstract
This research is an investigation of the manuscript: (The provisions of the vessels,
containers and its envelopes) of the scholar: Ahmad ibn Imad ibn Yousif Al- aqfahsi,
known as: Ibn Imad who was one of Shafi'i Imams in his era, he was good skill in
jurisprudence, he wrote more than sixty books in various sciences, some printed, and
some still manuscript.
This manuscript is concerning several provisions of jurisprudence: the security,
endowment on the broken vessels , the rule of the use of forbidden pots and the rule of
selling them, the rule of the use of utensils of idolaters, and the rule of mixed pots.
Ibn al-imad may Allah have mercy on him mentioned in the folds of his book very
precise matters that are indispensable for the seekers of knowledge .
