یهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على حقوق الإنسان في الإسلام، وذلك من خلال الإطار العام
للموضوع الذي یبرز التّكریم الإلهيّ للإنسان، وما یقتضي ذلك من التمتّع بالعدید من الحقوق والمبادىء
العامّة التي ترعاه، وتحافظ على كرامته.
كما یعرّف البحث مصطلح حقوق الإنسان، وكذلك یبیّن أهم خصائص حقوق الإنسان في
الإسلام، حیث قامت على جملة من الخصائص تهدف إلى ترابط العلاقات الإنسانیّة الرّاقیة، وترسیخ
القیم الأخلاقیّة، ونشر ألویة التّكافل والتّفاهم والأمن والسّلام، وكذلك تكفّل هذا العمل بإبراز مجالات
حقوق الإنسان في الإسلام، وبالأخصّ ما یتعلّق منها بحریّة الاعتقاد والتدّیّن، وحریّة الرأي والتّفكیر .
وتمّ التوصّل من خلال هذا البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أهمّها: سبق الدّین الإسلاميّ في الدّعوة
إلى حقوق الإنسان ورعایتها، وأنّ من أهم الصّفات التي امتازت بها حقوق الإنسان في الإسلام؛ كونها
من عند الله تعالى، وأنّها واقعیّة یمكن ممارستها في حیاة النّاس، وأنّها إنسانیّة النّزعة، وأنّ أهم هذه
الحقوق التي كفلها الإسلام للإنسان تكمن في حقوق الحیاة، والحریّة، والعدل والمساواة، والتملّك، والتنقّل،
والمسكن، والتّكافل الاجتماعيّ.
Abstract
This research investigates human rights in Islam in the light of dignity of
humankind given by Allah. This issue protects individuals and preserves their dignity.
The research also identifies human rights and introduces their main characteristics. It
shows that human rights are established upon a number of characteristics that emerge
from the characteristics of Islam. These principles strengthen ties, noble relationships,
ethical values, partnerships, understanding, security and peace among humans; with the
focus on the areas of freedom of faith, opinion, thought and intellect.
The research has reached a number of conclusions among which are: Islam is a
pioneer religion in the field of declaration, protection and preservation of human rights.
Divinity, reality, and being humanitarian are the main characteristics upon which
human rights are established in Islam. This leads to the preservation of the rights of life,
freedom, justice, equality, ownership, transportation, residency and social solidarity.
