یهدف هذا البحث إلى بیان دقة علماء المسلمین في البحث العلمي والدراسات المنهجیة في الفقه
الإسلامي والبحث في الفتوى، وكیف أعطى الباحثون المسلمون اهتمامهم الخاص في البحث العلمي من
خلال توجیهاتهم لطلبة العلم المتأهلین للتصنیف، وٕاعداد البحوث والدراسات العلمیة في مجال معالجة القضایا
التي تعرض لهم من خلال منهج الأوائل في كتابة البحوث وٕاعطاء الفتاوى.
Abstract
The research discusses the accuracy of the Muslim scholars in scientific research
and Islamic studies Jurisprudence. To this end, it shows how much attention the
Muslims gave to research through their guidance to student on the classification and the
preparation of studies; and on how to tackle the cases brought before them through the
conducting/writing research and giving Fatwa.
