هدف هذا البحث إلى تفسیر خلق الإنسان والغایة من خلقه ومظاهر التكریم الرباني للإنسان، وبیان
حقوق الإنسان كما حدّدها القرآن الكریم والدلالات التربویة التي یمكن استنتاجها من ذلك.
استخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي التحلیلي والوصفي من خلال مسح آیات القرآن الكریم التي تناولت
أهداف الدراسة. وقد توصل الباحث إلى جملة من النتائج كان من أبرزها أن الله خلق هذا العالم بما في ذلك
الأرض أولاً وخلق الله الإنسان من العدم، ثم خلق الله (آدم) من الطین. وقد أثبتت الأبحاث العلمیة المعاصرة
أن العناصر المكوّنة للإنسان هي نفسها العناصر المكونة للتراب (الطین). وقد تضمنت النتائج أن الله لم
یخلق الإنسان عبثاً وٕانما خلقه لغایة وهي عبادة الله وحده. كما تضمنت النتائج استعراضاً لمظاهر التكریم
الرباني الذي حظي به الإنسان حتى قبل أن یخلقه حین بشّر به الملائكة، كما كرّمه الله بخلقه بیده ونفخ فیه
من روحه وجعله في أحسن تقویم، وأسجد له الملائكة وجعله خلیفة له في الأرض، وسخر له ما في السموات
وما في الأرض، وأرسى حقوق الإنسان كحقه في الحیاة ؛وحرّم الاعتداء علیه بالقتل ،أو الإجهاض ،أو تحدید
النسل، وحق الحریة في الاعتقاد مع تحمل المسؤولیة لاختیاره، وحق التعبیر، وحق التملك، وحقه في أنْ
یُعامل بالعدل والإنصاف. وقد ربط الله هذه الحقوق بالعقیدة والإیمان بالله فأصبح هذا الارتباط قویاً لأنّها وردت
في منهاج القرآن.
Abstract
This paper aimed at explaining Man's creation, his/her physical origin, God's
purpose of creating him/her, human rights indicated in the holy Quran and the
educational connotations included.
The researcher adopted the inductive analytical and descriptive method by surveying
the verses of the holy Quran to answer the questions of the study. The results revealed
that God created the physical world long before man was ever mentioned, when he was
in a condition of non-existence. God originally created Man from clay (earth).
Scientific research results indicated that the elements of the earth and the elements of
man are identical. Then God created Eve from Adam. All human beings are their
offspring. Man was not created in vain. He was created to worship only God. Results
also indicated that God honored humans with unremunerated favors such as when God
informed angels of His intention to create man and make him His successive authority
upon the earth, God created man with His hands from clay, and breathed into him the
soul and asked angels to prostrate to him. God fashioned Man in the best of stature.
God also has subjected to man all that is in the heavens and all that is in earth, as a
favor and kindness from Him. Quran also identified the human rights such as the right
to live safely. Crimes, abortion, birth control and committing suicide are prohibited
against his life. Man is given free will, freedom of choice of the ideology he likes with
condition that he is responsible for his choice. He also has the right to express himself
and to be treated well and fairly. He has the right to have property and defend himself.
Such rights are considered part of Islam and believing in God. Such relation is solid
because it is proven in the holy Quran.
