إن المتقدمین من العلماء كانوا یطلقون مصطلح الناسخ والمنسوخ ویعنون به البیان، بحیث یشمل
تقیید المطلق وتخصیص العام وتبیین المجمل، وهم لا یقصدون بذلك المعنى الذي استقر علیه تعریف
النسخ عند الأصولیین، ولا یجوز حمل كلام المتقدمین على الاصطلاحات التي حدثت بعدهم، فإن ذلك
منشأ كثیر من الوهم والخطأ.
في هذه الدراسة سیقوم الباحث بكشف مفهوم النسخ عند المتقدمین والمتأخرین وبیان أن ما استقر علیه
العلماء من المفسرین والأصولیین یختلف عن مفهوم النسخ عند القدامى. فمن الصعب حمل كل ما قاله
القدامى من العلماء عن النسخ هو ما استقر علیه المتأخرون من مفهوم.
Abstract
The applicants from the scientists who called the term abrogaror and abrogated to
mean the statement, to include restricting the absolute and the allocation of public and
explain overall, they do not mean in that sense, who settled the definition of abrogaror
and abrogated, may not carry the words of applicants on the expressions that occurred
after them, that the origin of many of illusion and error.
