یهدف هذا البحث إلى بیان دور مقاصد الشریعة الإسلامیة في تحقیق التنمیة الاقتصادیة، وكذلك
الحدیث عن حقیقة علم المقاصد ومشروعیته من القرآن الكریم والسنة النبویة، وا جٕماع العلماء، والدلیل
العقلي، وما هي الضرورات الخمس؟ ووسائل حفظها من جانب الوجود، ومن جانب العدم، وبیان حقیقة
التنمیة الاقتصادیة، وما هو دور مقصد حفظ الدین؟ وحفظ النفس، وحفظ النسل، وحفظ العقل، وحفظ
المال، في تحقیق التنمیة الاقتصادیة للمجتمع الإنساني، مما یؤدي إلى تحقیق النهضة العلمیة،
والحضاریة في ظل عصر التكنولوجیا المعاصرة.
Abstract
This research aims to explain the role of the "Purposes" of Sharia in economic
development also focuses on the science of "Purposes" and their legality in the Holly
Quran and the Sunna Al consensus, and the intellectual proof.
This research addresses the role of "Purpose" in preserving the five exigency in
achieving economic development for the human society which can lead to advancement
in science and culture in the age of technological era.
