Abstract
This research discusses the rulings of the calamities fallen on the fruits after contracting to purchase
and pre-picked, as there is prejudice to the Islamic Sharia removed by the buyer in this period.
This research has discussed the conditions set by law to remove this unjustice and to avoid the effects
of the calamity in order to achieve justice.
