dc.description.abstractملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى رضا موظفي جامعة الملك فيصل وظيفيا، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (179) موظفا وموظفة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وفقاً لمتغيرات الدراسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى الرضا الوظيفي لدى موظفي جامعة الملك فيصل جاء متوسطا، كما وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس في مجال الرضا عن الوظيفة، والرضا عن بيئة العمل، والرضا عن الزملاء في العمل، والرضا عن الاستقرار الوظيفي،وذلك لصالح الذكور، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال الرضا عن نظام المزايا المرتبطة بنهاية الخدمة لصالح الإناث، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مجال الرضا عن الراتب، والرضا عن أسلوب الإدارة والإشراف، والرضا عن النمو والارتقاء الوظيفي وفي الأداة ككل،وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في مجال الرضا عن بيئة العمل وذلك لصالح أصحاب المؤهل العلمي دبلوم فأقل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جميع مجالات الأداة والأداة ككل، وبينت نتائج الدراسة –أيضاً- عدم وجود فروق ذات إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخدمة في مجال الأداة والأداة ككل باستثناء مجال الرضا عن نظام المزايا المرتبطة بنهاية الخدمة ،والذي تبين فيه وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وعند استخدام اختبار شيفية للمقارنات البعدية تبين أن الفروق جاءت لصالح أصحاب الخبرة الأقل من 5 سنوات،كما وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة في جميع مجالات الأداة والأداة ككل. The Extent of Job Satisfaction among Employees at King Faisal University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abstract This study aims to identify the extent of job satisfaction among employees at King Faisal University. The random sample consists of (179) male and female employees. The results show that the extent of job satisfaction among employees of King Faisal University is medium, and that there are statistically significant differences attributed to gender in favor of males in the field of job satisfaction, satisfaction with work environment, satisfaction with colleagues at work, and satisfaction with job stability. Also, there are statistically significant differences in satisfaction with system privileges associated with the end of service for females. Further, there are no statistically significant differences in satisfaction with salary, governance and supervision, and growth and career advancement in the tool as a whole. The results, in addition, show that there are significant differences due to the Qualification variable in satisfaction with work environment in favor of holders of Diploma or less, and no statistically significant differences in all areas of the tool and the tool as a whole. Also, there are no statistically significant differences attributed to experience in the fields of the tool and the tool as a whole except in the satisfaction system advantages associated with the end of service, which shows that there are statistically significant differences. Schefe test shows that the differences are in favor of employees with less than 5 years experience. The results show that there are no statistically significant differences due to the job variable in all areas of the tool and the tool as a whole.en_US
