درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لنظرية المسار - الهدف وعلاقتها بالنمو المهني للمعلمين في لواء ماركا

Abstract

ملخص هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لأنماط نظرية المسار-الهدف في لواء ماركا من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ومعرفة مستوى النمو المهني للمعلمين في لواء ماركا من وجهة نظرهم، وبيان العلاقة الارتباطية بين درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لأنماط نظرية المسار-الهدف والنمو المهني للمعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، ولجمع البيانات طورت استبانة تكونت من جزأين الأول يقيس درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لأنماط نظرية المسار-الهدف، والثاني يقيس مستوى النمو المهني للمعلمين، وقد تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من المعلمين والمعلمات في مدارس لواء ماركا الحكومية، حيث بلغت عينة المعلمين (170) معلماً، و(260) معلمة، وأظهرت النتائج أنّ درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين في لواء ماركا لأنماط نظرية المسار- الهدف جاءت متوسطة على جميع مجالات أداة الدراسة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى النمو المهني للمعلمين ماركا جاءت متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج أيضا وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة ممارسة المشرفين التربويين لأنماط نظرية المسار – والهدف والنمو المهني للمعلمين.

Abstract The present study aimed to identify the degree of educational supervisors' practice of the patterns of path-goal theory in Marka District, from the teachers ’ perspectives, and to identify the level of professional growth for the teachers in Marka District in their opinion, and explain the correlation between the degree of educational supervisors’ practice of patterns of path-goal theory and teachers' professional growth. The relational descriptive approach was used, and in order to collect data, a questionnaire was developed and it consisted of two parts, the first measures the degree educational supervisors ’ practice of the patterns of the path-goal theory, and the second measures the level of teachers' professional growth. Its validity and reliability have been confirmed. The study sample was chosen by the random stratified method of male and female teachers in Marka District Government schools. The sample of male teachers reached (170) teachers, and (260) female teachers. The results showed that the degree of educational supervisors' practice of patterns of path theory- the goal in Marka District was moderate in all areas of the study tool, and they also showed that the level of professional growth for teachers in Marka District was moderate. The results as well showed that there is a positive statistically significant relationship between the degree of educational supervisors ’practice of patterns of path theory - the goal and the teachers' professional growth.
