ملخص
يحاول هذا البحث فهم المقصود من عبارة الإمام مسلم التي ذكرها في مقدمة صحيحه عند سياقه لمنهجه في التكرار، حيث قال: (إسناد يقع إلى جنب إسناد؛ لعلّة تكون هناك)، إذ إنّ هذه العبارة كانت سبب إشكال بين العلماء، حيث اختلفوا في مفهومها والمقصود منها؛ فمنهم من حمل مفهوم (العلّة) في العبارة على المعنى اللغوي، ومنهم من حملها على المعنى الاصطلاحي عند المحدّثين، ممّا أدّى إلى تقييد سبب تكرار الأسانيد في صحيح مسلم على وجود علّة في الإسناد فحسب؛ لذا جاء هذا البحث لدراسة العبارة وتحليل ظاهرها، والنّظر في تفسيرات العلماء لها، ثمّ مقارنتها بصنيعه داخل الصحيح عند تكراره للأسانيد؛ وصولاً للرّأي الصواب في هذه المسألة.
وقد خَلُص البحث إلى أنّ العلّة هنا لا تُحمل على المعنى الاصطلاحي، بل على المعنى اللّغوي، فيكون تكرار الإمام مسلم للأسانيد في صحيحه لأسباب مختلفة سواء كانت تعليلية أو غير تعليلية.

The phrase Imam Muslim is a chain of narrators located next to an Isnad; an "analytical study"
Abstract
This research attempts to understand what is meant by the term Imam Muslim, which he mentioned in the introduction to his Sahih when it comes to his method of repetition. It is the subject of the problem, as the scholars differed on its concept. Some of them carried it on the linguistic meaning, and some of them carried it on the idiomatic meaning of the modernists, which led to restricting the reason for the repetition of the chain of narrators in Sahih Muslim,This research aims to look at the scholars ’interpretations of this phrase, and then compare it with its making within the correct one when it is repeated for the chain of narrators, in order to find the right opinion on this issue. Different, either explanatory or non-explanatory.
