ملخص
البحث يتحدث عن علم التخريج الأُصولي لدى الأُستاذ الدكتور عبد الكريم زيدان -رحمه الله تعالى- في كتاب مهم من كتبه، ألا وهو كتاب: (أحكام الذميين والمستأمنين في دار الإسلام)، والذي ألَّفه في بداية أعماله العلمية، وله فيه آراء ترجيحية في غاية الأهمية، تستحق أن يتناولها الباحثون بالدراسة، فقام الباحثان بتأصيل نماذج من هذه الترجيحات، والتي أظهرت مكانة الأُستاذ الدكتور عبد الكريم زيدان العلمية، وليبين المنهج الأُصولي الدقيق الذي سلكه في هذا الكتاب، وباعه الكبير في عِلْمَيْ الفقه والأُصول.

Abstract
