تناولت هذه الدراسة حرية الرأي والتعبير والاعتقاد في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة.
حيث عرفت كلاً من: الحرية، والرأي، والتعبير، لغة واصطلاحُا، وأصلت لوجوب قول الحق والتعبير عنه، ولحرية التعبد، ولوجوب الشورى، ولحرية الاعتقاد لغير المسلم.
وتعرضت الدراسة لبيان حكم المرتد، وذكر خلاف الفقهاء في ذلك.
Abstract
This study dealt with the freedom of opinion, expression and belief in the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
Where freedom, opinion, and expression were defined as language and terminology, and were established for the purpose of saying the truth and expressing it, for the freedom of worship, for the Shura, for the freedom of belief for non-Muslims.
The study was subordinated to a statement of the apostate's ruling, and the scholars directed about that.
