تخصيص العام بالشرط من مباحث علم الأصول التي تبَصِّرُ المجتهد بالفهمِ الصَّحيحِ لدلالاتِ النُّصوص مِن حيثُ شمولُ الحكم أو عدمُه، كما تتبدَّى أهميَّته في فهم خطاب المكلّفين في الوصايا والإقرارات والنذور وغيرها. ويتناول البحثُ مُقدِّمة في العام والتخصيص، ثمَّ تُعقَبُ بمفهوم الشرط عند الأصوليّين وحقيقته، مع بيان الألفاظ ذات الصلة به، وتجلية الفروق بينها، أتبعت ذلك بذكر صيغ الشرط، وأقسامه عند العلماء. بعدها عرضت لشروط الشرط والأحكام المتعلِّقة به، وبيان آراء العلماء في ذلك. ثمَّ ختمت البحث بجانب تطبيقيٍّ أوردت في أمثلة للتخصص بالشرط من النصوص الشرعيَّة
Abstract
