الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة الزواج المدني في فقه الجاليات المسلمة، إذ هدفت الدراسة إلى الحديث عن أبرز مسائل الأحوال الشخصية الموجودة في مجتمع الأقليات المسلمة، والبحث في النظرة الشرعية إلى الزواج المدني ضمن ضوابط وشروط شرعية، تتمثل في الحديث عن الصيغة التي يتم بها هذا العقد، وعن الشهود وصفتهم في هذا العقد، ودور الولي، والحديث عن المهر ومكانه في هذا النوع من الزواج، ثم الخاتمة والتوصيات.
Abstract
This study dealt with the legal ruling, which concern the Muslim minorities in the personal status issues with the aim to studying the most important cases existing in the society of Muslim minorities in the Western countries, in accordance with the analytical juristic ،inductive method in studying juristic disciplines issues taking into consideration the true state of affairs of Muslim minorities and the circumstances involving its individuals and consequently , perceive it within its special framework with in the general jurisprudences domain for the sake of achieving the aims of legislation represented in preponderances and judgments it reaches.
