‏ الـقيـم التربويـــة وعـــلاقتهـــا بالإنجـــاز الرياضي ‏ لـــدى لاعبـي ولاعـبــات الكــــرة الطائـــرة.

Abstract

الملخص هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى القيم التربوية وعلاقتها بالإنجاز الرياضي لدى لاعبي ولاعبات ‏المنتخبات الجامعية لكرة الطائرة المنتسبة للاتحاد الرياضي للجامعات الأردنية، والتعرف على ‏الفروق في القيم التربوية تبعا لمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، مركز اللعب، والجامعة)، وكذلك العلاقة ‏بين القيم التربوية والانجاز الرياضي، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من ‏‏(116) لاعبا ولاعبة حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة الحصر الشامل.‏ أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن محور (القيم الجمالية) حصل على المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي ‏‏(3.874) وبمستوى مرتفع، وجاء في المرتبة الثانية محور (القيم الأخلاقية) وبمتوسط حسابي ‏‏(3.839) وبمستوى مرتفع، أما محور (القيم المعرفية) احتل المرتبة الثالثة وبمتوسط حسابي ‏‏(3.827) وبمستوى مرتفع، وبالمرتبة الرابعة جاء محور (القيم الاجتماعية) بمتوسط حسابي ‏‏(3.813) وبمستوى مرتفع، وفي المـرتبة الأخيرة فقد جــاء محور (القيم الاقتصادية) بمتوسط ‏حسابي (3.610) وبمستوى متوسط، وأشــارت النتائج إلى عــدم وجــود فـروق ذات ‏دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (النوع الاجتماعي، مركز اللعب، الجامعة)، إلا انه كانت ‏هناك علاقة طردية جوهرية بين القيم التربوية والانجاز الرياضي.‏ وقد أوصى الباحث بضرورة الاهتمام بالقيم الاقتصادية من قبل إدارة الاتحاد الرياضي ‏للجامعات الأردنية مثل عقد المحاضرات والندوات الخاصة بأهمية القيم الاقتصادية والحوافز ‏للاعبين.‏ الكلمات الدالة: القيـم التربويـة، مستـوى الانجـاز، الكـرة الطائــرة.‏ Abstract ‏ ‏The study aimed at identifying the educational values and their ‎relation to the athletic achievement of the volleyball players of the university ‎teams affiliated with the Jordanian Sports Union.The study also aimed at ‎identifying the differences in educational values depending on the variables ‎‎(gender, play center, and university), as well as the relationship between ‎educational values and athletic achievement. The researcher used the ‎descriptive approach. The study sample consisted of (116) players who were ‎selected using the comprehensive inventory method.‎ The results of the study showed that the axis of (aesthetic values) ‎ranked first with a mean of (3.874) and a high level. In the second rank came ‎the (moral values) with a mean of (3.839) and a high level. For (the cognitive ‎values), these came third with a mean of (3.828) and a high level. In the ‎fourth place came the axis of (social values) with a mean of (3.813) and a ‎high level. Finally, the axis of (economic values) came with a mean of 3.610 ‎and a moderate level. The results indicated that there were no statistically ‎significant differences due to the variables of the study (gender, play center, ‎university), but there was a fundamental positive relationship between ‎educational values and athletic achievement.‎ The researcher recommended the need to pay attention to economic ‎values by the administration of the Sports Union of Jordanian universities ‎such as holding lectures and seminars on the importance of economic values ‎and incentives for players. ‎ Keywords: educational values, achievement level, volleyball.‎
