رؤية شرعية لأرباح صندوق توفير موظفي الأنروا (UNRWA)

Abstract

ملخص يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الأرباح الناشئة عن استثمار أموال صندوق موظفي وكالة الغوث الدولية لتشغيل اللاجئين (UNRWA) وذلك لبيان حكمها الشرعي، وفي سبيل ذلك لا بدّ من معرفة طبيعة الأدوات المستخدمة في استثمار أموال هذا الصندوق وتكييفها الفقهي وصولا إلى بيان الحكم الشرعي للأرباح الناشئة عن هذا الاستثمار. Abstract This treatise comprises the subject of advances originating from money investments of the savings of UNRWA employees. The primary purpose is to know the Islamic verdict upon these advances. This initially demands knowledge of the nature of the investment tools used for the growth of this money and the jurisprudical vision of these tools. Thus the verdict of those advances can be known from the Islamic aspect.
