ملخص
يتناول هذا البحث قضية معاصرة وظاهرة كانت وما زالت تؤرق الكثير من المجتمعات، وهي ظاهرة التَّسَوُّل التي لا يكاد مجتمع يخلو منها قديماً وحديثا،ودراسة هذه الظاهرة من خلال الهدي النبوي الشريف، بالوقوف على أسبابها وطرق محاربتها،والاستفادة من ذلك في وضع الحلول المناسبة في واقعنا المعاصر، وذلك من خلال حصر الأحاديث النبوية الواردة في هذا الموضوع وتخريجها والحكم عليها، ثم تبويبها تحت عناوين تتناسب مع مضمونها،ودراستها دراسة حديثية موضوعية، فمن خلال هذه الدراسة ندرك عظمة الإسلام وسبْقِه باستخدامه الأسلوب التربوي القائم على الترغيب والترهيب، والثواب والعقاب، مقترناً بالأسلوب العملي الواقعي من خلال الهدي النبوي الشريف وهو الكفيل الوحيد في معالجة مشكلة التَّسَوُّل والقضاء عليها من جذورها، وهذا ما لم تقف عليه القوانين الوضعية المعاصرة القائمة على التنظير دون التطبيق، وبذلك ندرك عظمة الإسلام في معالجة مشاكل الأمة في كل زمان ومكان، إذ يعد التَّسَوُّل ظاهرة قديمة حديثة، وفي الهدي النبوي علاج لهذه الظاهرة.
Abstract
This search deals with a recent issue that harmed many societies. Studying this issue through prophet’s speech by its reasons and how to resist it to give us solutions nowadays. We can mention these speeches about this issue judye and title them with index by asuitable topics and study them in amodern subjective way. Through this study we realize the ajesty of Islam and its priority by using educative way depends on like, dislike, punishment and reward walking with apractical reasonable way throuyh prophet’s speech. This speech is the only one way who can deal this issue and ends it from its organ, this we don’t find it in the modern rules and lows which full of speech and lack application. We find the majesty of Islam dealing the Nation problem, in every place and time. The begging is an old–new problem. The key is in the prophet’s speech.
