Abstract

الملخص يتناول موضوع "الإدارة المالية في جمرك ميناء ينبع خلال النصف الأول من القرن التاسع عشر الميلادي" جزء من تاريخ ‏ميناء ينبع من خلال تسليط الضوء على الفترة التاريخية الواقعة ما بين عامي 1215هـ/1800م إلى عام 1267هـ/1850م ‏معتمدة على مصادر وثائقية وكتابات المؤرخين والرحالة، ويهدف البحث إلى توضيح مدى تأثير الظروف السياسية على الوضع ‏الإداري في جمرك ميناء ينبع خلال فترة الدراسة؛ إذ شهد تغييرات عديدة أثناء فترة نفوذ الشريف غالب ممثلا بالدولة السعودية ‏الأولى(1800-1811م)، ثم فترة نفوذ محمد علي باشا في الحجاز(1811-1840م)، وأخيراً عودة الحكم العثماني المباشر بعد ‏انسحاب قوات والي مصر وتبدأ هذه الفترة من عام1840م وتمتد إلى نهاية عهد الدولة العثمانية في الحجاز وسوف يتناول البحث ‏العشر سنوات الأولى منها فقط. ‏ الكلمات الدلالية: ميناء، ينبع، الإدارة، الجمرك.‏

Abstract The subject of "The Financial Management in Yanbu Port Customs Department during the First Half from the ‎Nineteenth Century" is a part from Yanbu Port history through focusing the light on the historical period between ‎‎1215H/1800G to 1267H/1850G depending on documents resources, and historians and travelers writings. This study ‎aims to explain the extent of effect of the political conditions on the administrative situation in Yanbu Port Customs ‎Department during the last period as many changes happened when Al Sherif Ghaleb was in power during the age of ‎the First Saudi Country (1800-1811G), then when Mohammed Ali Basha was in power in Al Hejaz (1811-1840G), and in ‎the end after coming back of the direst Othmanian Government after the withdrawal of the Egyptian governor forces ‎commencing from 1840 G up to the end of the Othmanian Country age in AL Hejaz. It will deal with the first ten years ‎only from this period. ‎ Key words Yanbu, Port. ‎
