الملخص
لا شك أن الطفولة مرحلة مهمة في حياة الإنسان، لما في ذلك من تأثير كبير على شخصيته في مراحل حياته المختلفة؛ ولأن حاجة الإنسان فيها للرعاية والعناية أكبر؛ لضعف الطفل ونقص قدراته الذاتية. لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لبحث حكم تشغيل الأطفال في مختلف الأعمال والقطاعات، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مشروعية عمل الأطفال مع الأخذ بالضوابط الشرعية التي تنهض بتحقيق مقاصد الشرع من عمالة الأطفال، بحيث تجمع بين تحقيق مقاصد الشرع من العمل وتربية الأطفال وتعليمهم في آن واحد.
Abstract
Childhood, it is a crucial phase in mains life. It has a great inthuence on each persons personality when child, man is walk and is in need of care and education. This research explores the cought of child labor and its Islamic ruling. The study concluded that child labor may be accepted if Islamic principles and estrictions are observed to achieve the goals of Islamic Law. Besides, child labor must be in service of educating and raising children.
