Title: المرونة التشغيلية وأثرها في أداء العمليات للشركات الحاصلة على جائزة الملك عبدالله الثاني للتميز

Abstract: الملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المرونة التشغيلية بأبعادها: مرونة الآلات, والحجم ‏الإنتاجي, ومرونة مناولة المواد, والمزيج الإنتاجي, ومرونة خطوط سير‏‎ ‎الإنتاج في أداء العمليات ‏بإبعاده: الجودة, والتكلفة, والسرعة في التسليم في الشركات الحاصلة على جائزة الملك عبد الله ‏الثاني للتميز للقطاع الخاص ضمن فئة الشركات الصناعية الكبيرة والمتوسطة لآخر أربع دورات من ‏الجائزة وشملت ثمان شركات‎.‎‏ ‏ أما الفئة التي استهدفتها الدراسة فكانت العاملين في قسم الانتاج من شاغلي المواقع الوظيفية ‏‏(رئيس قسم, نائب رئيس قسم, مشرف, مشرف فني), ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة ‏طبقت على مجتمع الدراسة باستخدام اسلوب الحصر الشامل حيث تم توزيع (100) استبانة, بلغ عدد ‏غير المسترد منها (10) استبانات وتم استبعاد (19) استبانة وذلك لعدم صلاحيتها للتحليل اذ تم ‏التعامل مع (71) استبانة فقط.‏ وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة نتائج أهمها أن مستوى المرونة التشغيلية وأداء العمليات ‏في الشركات المبحوثة كان مرتفعاً, بالإضافة إلى أن هناك اثر ذو دلالة احصائية للمرونة التشغيلية ‏بأبعادها:مرونة الآلات ومرونة مناولة المواد ومرونة خطوط سير الانتاج على أداء العمليات ‏للشركات الحاصلة على جائزة الملك عبد الله الثاني للتميز باستثناء بعدي مرونة المنتج والمزيج ‏الانتاجي.‏ كلمات دالة: المرونة، المرونة التشغيلية، أداء العمليات، الشركات الصناعية، الأردن.‏ Abstract This study aims to identify The effect of operational flexibility represented by; ‎Machine flexibility, Mix flexibility, volume flexibility, routing flexibility, handling ‎flexibility on operations performance represented by quality, cost, and speed of delivery ‎at the industrial companies‏ ‏that were awarded with the king Abdullah II award for ‎excellence on the private sector category.‎ The study respondents were those who work at the production‏ ‏department and ‎occupy positions such as; department head, department head assistant, supervisor and ‎technical supervisor. The main study instrument is a questionnaire which was distributed ‎to (100) respondents, that (10) out of which were not retrieved, and (19) were excluded ‎for not meeting the statistical analysis criteria, therefore, (71) questionnaires only met the ‎statistical treatment and analysis criteria.‎ ‎ The study found a significant impact of the dimensions of operational flexibility ‎on the operations performance at the researched companies, ‎‏ ‏it was shown by the ‎significant effect of all dimensions of operational flexibility on the quality, cost and speed ‎of delivery in these companies, except for volume and product flexibility.‎ Key words: Flexibility, Operational flexibility, Operations performance, Industrial ‎companies, Jordan.‎
