ملخص
يهدف البحث إلى تقديم عرض موجز عن عين زبيدة التاريخيَّة، وبيان أثرها في النهوض بالوقف الإسلامي؛ حيث إن عين زبيدة التي أمرت زبيدة بنت جعفر بن أبي جعفر المنصور بإنشائها على درب الحجاج من بغداد إلى مكة؛ بقصد سقيا الحجاج، تعدُّ أضخم وقف تاريخي عرفته البشريَّة من حيث روعة تصميمه، والغاية التي أنشئ من أجلها، ومن حيث تكلفته الماديَّة، وعصره الذي كان فيه، حتى إنه كان رافداً للحجاج بالماء منذ العصر العباسي، إلى ما قبل ثلاثين عاماً.
ولا شك أن لهذا الوقف العظيم مكانة تاريخيَّة عظيمة لا زلنا نرى آثاره حتى ساعتنا هذه؛ لذا أحببتُ أن أتناول أثره في النهوض بالوقف الإسلامي بشيء من الاختصار بما يفي ببيان مكانة هذا الوقف وإبرازه للقارئين؛ فترجمت لزبيدة، وعرَّفت بعين زبيدة، وبيَّنت ما جرى لها من الإصلاحات عبر العصور حتى عصرنا الحديث، ثم عرَّجت على أثر عين زبيدة في النهوض بالوقف الإسلامي، ثم قارنت بين عين زبيدة والعين المكمِّلة لها التي تعرف بالعين العزيزيَّة.
Abstract
The research aims to provide an outline of historical statement named Zubaydah impact on promoting Islamic Waqf; Ain Zubaida ordered Zubaydah Bint Ja'far Ibn ABI Jaafar Al Mansour created on the trail of pilgrims from Baghdad to Mecca; to automatic pilgrims, largest historic stop known to mankind in terms of design, the splendor and the end for which it was established, in terms of material costs, and his age was, until it was a source of water to pilgrims since the Abbasid. There is no doubt that this great place great historical Endowment still see stirring until this hour, so I liked to touch its impact on promoting Islamic Waqf with shortcut to meet this position statement and highlighted for readers; translated to Zubaydah, known as Ain Zubaida and showed what happened to her reforms through the ages until modern times, then stopped by the impact into Zubaydah in the advancement of the Islamic Waqf.
