Abstract

ملخص يقدم البحث دراسة علمية تأصيلية لمسألة "إنكار الراوي لروايته"؛ وذلك من خلال وضع تعريف دقيق لمفهوم هذه المسألة، ومعرفة الأسباب التي دفعت الراوي لذلك، وبيان صور الإنكار، ومناقشة مذاهب العلماء في حكم كل صورة للوصول إلى الراجح. Abstract The research presents a rooting scientific study for the issue of the Denial of narration for his narration, and through accurate definition for the concept of this issue, and find out the reasons why the narrator did it, clarification the type of the denial and discussion the doctrines of scientists for succinctness every type to get the most correct opinion.
